Fresh produce brought in from Gozo, fish recommended daily and supplied by Kyrill at the Arkadia Fish Monger & Lorry Bugeja from Gozo, mussels from Scotland, meat from Harmony Farm in Ireland and U.S.D.A. beef rib eye are just some of the many ingredients used to produce our daily specials. Not to mention our simple but delicious homemade desserts and Italian sorbets which will satisfy anyone's sweet tooth.
Our wines are sourced (and tasted) with a great deal of attention whilst seeking out familiar favorites, only to provide the perfect selection to compliment all of our dishes.
